We know that you will love what you order; but, if something doesn't work out, Mi Shoes will gladly accept unworn or defective merchandise with tags attached or in the original box for exchange or store credit within 30 days from the shipping date.
Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order if you are unsatisfied and we will arrange for an exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable and the full responsibility of customer. Due to limited quantities, Mi Shoes may cancel your order if a product is out of stock or on back order. In such a case, Mi Shoes will notify you as soon as possible and you will be given the option for reimbursement or first dibs once the product is available again.
